Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products with strong argument and communication skills
Establish and maintain positive business relationship with customers
Reach out to customer leads field visit and calls
Develop the strategy to pitch product to individual customers and corporate organizations.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Keep sales records and give summary report periodical.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management
Notify management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and more.
Continuously improve through feedback
And any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in a related field
3 – 7 years of relative sales and marketing experience in Cosmetics.
Remuneration
Attractive, plus sales Commission.
