Monthly revenue billing and processing payment invoices
Account receivables and payable management
Collate relevant information for the generation of periodic statutory returns.
Work with both internal and external auditors during the audit process.
Daily postings of transactions to appropriate books and software and update of repayment tracker.
Produce periodic financial reports as required.
Ensure the Monthly remittance of PAYE and pensions by no later than the 5th of the following month.
Preparation of payroll schedule
Minimum of a first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline (with a minimum of a 2:1).
Minimum 7years of work experience in the finance function in a similar organization within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
Experience in finance operation and statutory financial reporting. SAGE Proficiency
Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
