Key Accounts Officer – Eden Care & Resourcing Limited – Lagos

Job Brief
We are looking to hire a skilled Key Accounts Officer ready to manage all aspects of our merchandising operations.

Job Responsibilities
Incorporate plans, procedures, and strategies into daily operations
Manage and evaluate merchandise assortment and research sales potential
Tracking inventory movement and systematically introducing promotions, sales, and price changes.
Identifying trends and monitoring supply and demand
Maintain accurate merchandise inventories, identify and qualify out-of-stock items
Negotiating the costs of stock for multiple stores
Preparing annual and quarterly budgets, and presenting them to the relevant stakeholders.
Interpreting sales reports and providing guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement.

Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any related field with 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a critical account officer
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of market trends and principles
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
