Sales Manager – Fosad Consulting – Lagos

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
He/She will be responsible for business and sales development to meet profitable growth aspirations.
Establish sales strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets for all company’s products in Nigeria and West Africa region.
Preparation of business sales proposals with commercial and technical inputs for importers, distributors, end users and new businesses.
To develop robust sales strategies by segment via an in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
Create an effective market/distribution strategy, first supporting the existing consumers and distributors while facilitating sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Engineering or related field of study. – – Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Desired Skills and Attributes:
Industry work experience of minimum of ten (10) years in selling bearings, power transmission and hydraulics industrial product ranges is a compulsory requirement for the role.
Ability to demonstrate dynamic communication skills in the English language via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings.
Candidate must have a valid Driver’s License and own a car.
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
