Duties and Responsibilities
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Keeping in contact with existing customers
Promoting new products and any special deals
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Meeting sales targets
Gather product usage feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Giving feedback on sales trends
