Job Description
StudentDeals Nigeria, recently selected for the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program is a new kind of eCommerce that negotiates with Top Brands & Retailers to offer students the lowest market prices on all the things they care about.
The aim of the company is to help students save time, save money and get smarter.
The main responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to responsibly build a profitable and sustainable platform that connects students to the people, tools, resources and opportunities they need to succeed.

Main Responsibilities
Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.
Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.
Develop and manage supply chains to ensure continuity and maintain margins.
Recruit, manage, and develop personnel to support business growth.
Develop a culture of success and employee satisfaction.
Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet revenue and profit targets.
Qualification and Experience
B.Sc/M.Sc in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years experience

Required Qualifications:
Excellent writer and verbal communicator
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Expert on Google AdWords and other online advertising platforms
Expert on affiliate marketing
Ability to create data feeds for marketplaces, comparison shopping engines
Search engine optimization expertise
Proficient in Online Merchandizing
Use web analytics to identify and leverage key metrics for growth and profitability
Network management is very important.
