About the Job
As our Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries
Support our team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and managing documents
Provide excellent customer service to our clients and customers
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing our team’s calendars
Maintain accurate records and manage our database
Handle negotiations and pricing

Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
