As the Operations Lead, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our company’s operations.
You will be responsible for overseeing facility management, procurement, fleet and logistics activities.
Your strong leadership, organizational skills, and strategic thinking will be essential in ensuring operational excellence and driving the company’s growth.
Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, security, and space utilization
Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, insurance, registration, and compliance
Streamline operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
Lead, train, and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in facility management and or procurement.
Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, procurement processes, fleet management, and logistics operations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
