Job Description
Sales of real estate properties.
Generating leads and developing a pipeline of potential buyers that can be converted to buyers
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers until sale is fully completed.
Collation of all sales proceeds until sales is finalized
Coordination site inspections and property viewing
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND qualification with at least 3 years of work experience.
Must be conversant with challenges associated with the Real Estate sector.
Result-oriented and aggressive.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with numbers.
Must be very sociable and have a strong network.
High degree of independence with objectivity and assertiveness.
Approachable with good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with staff and clients across all levels.
Must reside in Ajah axis.
Salary
N95,000 monthly.
