Requirements
Graduate degree
Familiarity and Functional Knowledge of Customer Service or Training/ Certification
Functional knowledge of IT or Training / Certification
Familiarity and Expertise and Experience with handling Social Media Platforms
Demonstrable flair and Ability for Desk/Online Marketing
Tech-savvy and Expertise with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Good Knowledge of Office Procedures
Presentable, Polished, Smart and Responsible in Appearance
Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills with a Problem-solving Attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities
Listen and respond to customers needs and concerns
Provide information about products and services
Take orders and process orders as appropriate
Communicate charges, and confirm billing or payments
Review or make changes to customer accounts/orders
Respond to customer complaints and process returns.
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Research answers or solutions as needed
Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help where necessary.
