Job Description
To execute property sales, while ensuring high quality customer service, identifying opportunities for growing sales volume.

Job Accountability

General knowledge of Business Development and Marketing
Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Main Duties
Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
Investigate clients’ financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.

Qualifications/Requirements
BSc or HND in any discipline
Professional membership of a recognized sales and marketing body
Msc or MBA will be added advantage
2 to 3 years sales and marketing experience
Sound knowledge of the real estate industry
Proven passion for sales and marketing
Interested candidate should should be a female by gender
