Job Description
Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations through improvements to each units
Coordinate and communication between functions.
Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Design and develop strategy to move the general office operation forward.
Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Design new improve operational system and best practice that guarantee operational well being.
Perform quality control
