Duties
Liaise with kitchen staff, cafe regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations
Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils Cleaning sanitizing and disinfecting all kitchen areas
Maintaining a professional, safe and hygienic appearance on duty
Direct and coordinate food preparations Manage employees and monitor performance Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment Assist in creating a menu Performs additional duties, although not detailed, as requested by the manager
