Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Prepare/design Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and/or Piping Systems and Specifications.
Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA13 & BSI Standard for Air conditioning, Sprinkler Systems and Piping Systems.
Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD MEL’ or Revit for design and modeling systems.
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with requisite experience in HVAC and/or Piping Projects in Building Systems Engineering. Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.
