Requirements (Skills and Qualifications)
Minimum of a degree.
Excellent Graphic knowledge is a good advantage.
Minimum of 3 years experience of incentive production and branding.
Ability to speak and write fluently and accurately.
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent organisational skills.
Self motivation, stamina, flexibility and ability to adapt.
Confience, enthusiasm, energetic and determination.
Accuracy and attention to details.

Responsibilities
Monitoring and managing production till the end of the project.
Ability to multi task on multiple projects.
Recommend process improvement to enhance production quality and capacity.
Must be able to drive production from the start till the end.
Must be able to follow up with the delivery of finished goods to clients.
Keeps tracks/records of all jobs done ( processes & cost of operation) for reference purpose.
Keeps update with current market prices of materials for print operations
Ability to contract out jobs to credible vendors.
Remuneration
100,000 / Month
