Job functions
Monitor all legal affairs within their organization; handling both internal and external legal concerns, and protecting the organization from legal troubles.
Oversee lawsuits
Writes and reviews settlement documents, contracts, agreements, and more.
Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.
Provides Legal Advice
Continuously research legal resources such as articles, codes, statutes, judicial decisions and more
Provides legal protection and risk management advice to management
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in· compliance with all statutory or legal requirements in the country

Requirements
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
3 – 5 years of work experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional leadership skills
Knowledge of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
High attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to prepare complex legal documents.
