Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will consist of tasks surrounding helping customers with questions, and feature requests, and helping resolve complaints.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and other Office suites of software.
Excellent mail etiquette and good interpersonal relationship skills.
This is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available.

Brainstorm and prioritize practical, pragmatic solutions that can be accomplished quickly

Qualifications
Minimum of HND in any related field.
1 – 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Sales, etc.
The ideal candidate Must be fluent in the English Language (both written and oral).
Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, a technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adopt technical products.
