Customer Service Representative – BRIDGE CREDIT LIMITED – Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all time.
Responding promptly to customer demands.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Keep records of customer interaction, comments, and complaints.
Any other duty as may be assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements
HND / B.Sc in any field of study.
Must have Two (2) years and above experience in Customer Service.
Must be fluent in speaking Hausa.
