Job Description
The HSM shall essentially be responsible for:
The strategic direction of sales and marketing functions in the organization.
Oversees the creation of sustainable profitable market volume and value growth for the business and implementation of communications and marketing strategies.
Oversees the creation of sustainable profitable market volume through execution of national, trade marketing and brand management.
Responsible for ensuring that the market share of the company is maintained and improved upon.

Qualifications
Minimum of a B.Sc/ HND in a related field.
A professional or relevant post graduate qualification is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years relevant work experience.
Strong background in business development/sales.
Experience in marketing and strategy/planning.
Between the age bracket of 35years – 40years

Skills and Competencies:
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Strong strategic and conceptual insights.
Good organization and planning skills.
Good people management skills.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Good project management skills
Good negotiation skills.
Deep sales experience with marketing understanding is very crucial.
A leader, coordinator with a high sense of accountability and integrity.
