Accountant – Lington And Bernie Consulting – Lagos

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced accountant to join our firm.
In this role, you will demonstrate your management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of personal and corporate accounting practices

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform reconciliations and journal entries.
Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.
Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 or more years of related experience
In-depth understanding of regulatory policies
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
Expertise working with accounting ERP
Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
The candidate must reside within Ajah and its environment.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
