Education
Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences or related field is essential.

Experience
10 years of experience managing large scale data collection on health related topics is essential. Previous experience with maternal and child health programs an added advantage.
At least 5 years proven experience with data quality assurance mechanisms (field work management, data entry programming, etc.) required.
Proven ability to facilitate communication between different stakeholders, government, non-government, and academic institutions.
Understanding of the Nigeria health sector, with track record of collaborating with the government is required
Ability to communicate in local languages a plus.
Demonstrated ability to deploy surveys in multiple states essential
Previous experience with facility based surveys or Public Expenditure Tracking Surveys a plus
