Management Trainee – Lagos – Buksen Engineering Services

Job Descriptions
Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as finance, client services, sales, operation
Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management
Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers
Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for performance of departmental duties
Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities

Desired Skills:
Be able to develop and maintain professional relationship with colleagues and work with team spirit to achieve the goals
Be able to work with a zeal for perfection and learn new skills and procedures in a short span of time
Be able to communicate effectively with the coworkers and follow instructions of the seniors in the organization
Be able to work in a goal driven environment and under strict deadlines

Requirements
A Degree/HND in Sciences, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc
A minimum of second class lower division
No experience is required as successful applicants would be thoroughly trained.
Resident in Lagos
