Responsibilities
Prospective candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of strategic and mid-term goals of the company, as well as the management of human and material resources of the facilities management division of the company.

Requirements
Must possess a first degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Estate Management or related field with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in the facilities management or related industry.
Possession of an MBA or second degree will be an added advantage.
A certified facilities manager or related professional qualification will be preferred.
