Administrative Manager / Operational Manager – Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Lagos

Job Responsibilities
Supervising room attendants and staff, checking that rooms are cleaned to a high standard
Hiring and training new employees
To maintain an organized and tidy work area – this is to include your desk, reception area, lobby and resident floor corridors.
Responsible for ensuring that the day to day supervision of the Housekeeping team runs smoothly.
Report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to the Director of Operations
Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
To anticipate any resident’s needs, follow up and ensure that the resident expectations are met and where possible exceeded.

Job Requirements
First Degree in any related field.
3+ years of experience in a management position( Female preferable)
Knowledge in Property Management System or equivalent.
Deep knowledge of hospitality and luxury industry
Knowledge on Microsoft Office programmes and Outlook.
Working knowledge of key employment legislation in grievance, disciplinary, managing attendance and recruitment.
Working knowledge of Health & Safety processes and the management of these.
Fluent Communication both verbal and written (email particularly).
