Job Description
We are looking for suitable candidate who is a master when it comes to multitasking and is an excellent communicator with an upbeat attitude as an Administrative Assistant.

Requirements
First Degree in related field.
Prior administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
Attention to detail.
Desire to be proactive and always creating a positive experience for others.

Responsibilities
Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings as well as reordering supplies.
Providing scheduling support real time by booking appointments while also preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking cars, flight and making hotel as well as restaurant reservations.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
Greet and assist guests and visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication through telephone, e-mail and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
