Treasury Controller – Mojec International – Lagos

Primary Responsibilities
Determine when additional funds are needed for the operations of MOJEC and liaise with CFO on the most appropriate course of action in raising such funds.
Prepare periodic cash forecasts using information derived from accounting records, budgets and all financial reports and present these forecast to the CFO.
Monitor movement of cash internally and externally to ensure effective liquidity, working capital and cash management.
Monitor financial markets and suggest effective market and credit risk management strategies.
Liaise with banks and other financial regulatory bodies on treasury and finance related issues raised.
Perform investment planning, assess investment opportunities and provide investment advice to aid informed financial decisions.
Carry out investment appraisal and allocate cash/excess funds to investments in line with corporate investment policies of MOJEC
Manage financing for foreign and local purchases.

Requirements
Minimum of First Degree
MBA or relevant M.Sc. Degree
Relevant professional certifications e.g. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
