Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the organisation.
Assist Head operations and other personnel to help keep businesses running smoothly.
Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting the role and the organisation.
Reviewing customer request and resolves customer issues.
Face to Face customer service

Data analysis
Ad-hoc administration task

Skills
Must have:
Administration/organisational skills with the capacity to pay close attention to details.
Excellent verbal communication skills including customer service skills with a wide range of people in person and over the telephone.
Good ability to use Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent level of social media interaction; FB, Twitter, Google, blogs
Excellent awareness of the use of the internet.
Ability to work independently with initiative and without supervision.

Requirements
HND/B.Sc from any tertiary institution.
Age limit 25 – 35 yrs.
