We require the service of a qualified and experienced customer service representative.
He/she is expected to be responsible for acting as a liaison between us and our esteemed clients’ and partners.
Respond to complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries through our live chat, email and social media platforms.

Qualifcations
2 to 3 years of working experience
HND/B.Sc in Mass Communications, English Language or its equivalent
Evidences of attended training and conferences as a CSR
