Account Clerk – Don Quester Consulting – Lagos

Qualification Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Accounting or Banking and Finance with a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC work experience in the support and supply vessel services industry.
Applicants must be smart, able to work under pressure and willing to work on Saturdays.
Proficiency in different accounting software is important

Job Competency Requirement:
Ability to reconcile various expenditure reports to source documents; distribute and file financial documents and reports.
Ability to sort documents; code, logs, reviews for accuracy; matches supporting invoices to procurement documents; and verifies invoices for payment.
Ability to prepare routine entries and posts financial transactions; reconciles entries and internal ledgers to financial reporting system reports.
Ability to manage cash-related transactions, issue receipts, record and type money lists, and balances cash fund; lodge cash transactions in ledgers and reconcile cash reports; prepare bank deposits.
Ability to assist in the preparation of financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.
Ability to assist in ordering, care, maintenance, and utilization of department equipment, supplies, and inventories.
Ability to distribute, review, calculate and processes payroll time sheets and employment documents; verify account numbers; maintain sick and annual leave and other payroll records.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Benefits and Expectations
Pay Range: N80,000.00 to N100,000.00 / month.
