Relationship Officer – Lagos – Lapo Microfinance Bank Limited

Job Descriptions
Attracts new customers for SME business.
Maintain an excellent relationship with clients.
Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for credit products.
Evaluate loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness.
Process loan application of successful clients.
Ensure clientele relationship management and confidentiality is maintained.
Repetitively work towards increasing clientele base and product’s volume of portfolio.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new customers acquired on a monthly basis.
Volume of disbursements and quality of portfolio
Visible increase/impact on client’s business.

Minimum Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related discipline. Professional qualification(s) in sales/marketing will be added advantage.
Age Limit: Not more than 30 years

Minimum Experience
Minimum of three (3) years cognate industry experience, at least one (1) of which should be as SME officer.
Technical Knowledge Required:
Excellent industry knowledge.
Product Knowledge.
Knowledge of competition.
Knowledge of client’s need assessment.
Skills & Behavioural Competencies Required:
Sound relationship skills.
Sound credit, sales/marketing skills.
Communication Skills.
Charismatic personality/Good carriage.
Teachable and Adaptable
Integrity/Impeccable character.
