Job Description
Interact face-to face or over the phone with customers
Receives and transfer in-coming calls
Responding to inquiries with products and service information
Sorting of mails received
Records all enquires, telephone discussion & visitors
Receiving customers that visit the organization
Ensuring the reception environment is conducive

Minimum Qualification; OND Secretarial Studies
Minimum Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Front Desk Officer who is familiar with the Microsoft Suite.
Having worked in telemarketing is an added advantage.
Must be familiar with modern communication equipment e.g. tablets
