Assistant School Program Co-ordinator – Enugu – Puzzlextra Limited

Job Summary
The role of the assistant schools program coordinator involves establishing, coordinating and managing successful puzzle challenge clubs in a number of schools within a geographical area. To assist the Regional Director in securing repeat business and developing business opportunities in the forms of workshops and holiday clubs.
The person will also be charged with the responsibility of supporting identified schools with extracurricular activities involving the use of educational games and puzzles.
The Person, will cultivates and forges positive relations with school management team and parents to actively seek and raise their awareness of our products and services. The candidate will also support organizational change initiatives which are crucial for the development and growth of the company.
Act as main point of contact for selected schools and develop effective relationships both internal and external stakeholders, particularly collaborative partnerships with schools, educational authorities and companies.

Key Responsibilities
Working Relationships:
Responsible for assuring a high level of interest and enthusiasm when working with children
Supervise and assist with the monitoring and interacting with students in order to keep students engaged in intellectual, creative, educational and edutainment activities.
Assistance of the staff as they interact with the activities of children enrolled in the school challenge or corporate activities
In charge of on-site set up and end of day clear up of the venue used for PCC
Assist with the administration and supervision of agreed programs for the schools and group activities with an aim to stimulate and sustain the learning process and skill sets identified.
Supervise student activities on a PCC days to keep children engaged and challenged. Actively lead these activities to encourage and strengthen academic, intellectual and social skills of children.
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and age appropriate learning and enrichment activities.
Cultivates and forges positive relations with Principal, Assistant Principals, school district administrators, teachers, parents and parent coordinators and other key constituents in the educational community while actively seeking to raise their awareness of our puzzle challenge day.

Sales and Business Growth:
Identify business needs and gaps and suggest possible solutions to product introductions; market penetrations and business growth
Expand and introduce school programs and workshops as per agreed target
Introduce products and any new initiatives (mypuzzlefoto and products) to schools and educational institutions.
Keep registration in program at 80% occupancy and advertise for new registrations when below 80%.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of written materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, and posting on the school bulletin board
Promotes the PCworkshop in the community/state through flyer distribution, school visits, and attendance at professional meetings
Engage parent and summer school for their support in ensuring use of our products in their programs.
To assist the Regional Director in securing repeat business and developing business opportunities in the forms of workshops and holiday clubs.

Other Task
Performs a variety of administrative tasks.
Ensures all reporting and record keeping is accomplished in accordance with the company’s regulations in a timely manner.
Attend weekly management team meetings to coordinate program design, evaluation processes and outreach efforts, and address any other issues.
Maintains accurate records of activities (i.e., questionnaires, invoices, forms, program flyers, materials and schedules)
Any other duties and responsibilities as my be required from time to time.
