Job Description
Maintain excellent relationship with customer and sales team, dealing with orders and client requests, from the quotation to the delivery & potential claims
“Handle customers” returns, logistics, invoicing, backorders and client stock levels
Customer database maintenance
“Communication bridge” between clients, sales and internal team.
Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience
Minimum HND/B.Sc from a reputable Institution plus 2years relevant working experience.
Customer focus and service oriented.
Pleasant phone behavior.
Good communication skill.
