Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – Talent Consulting

Job Description
Increasing overall sales of the company’s products.
Devising strategies to drive online and hard copy sales.
Monitoring and motivating the sales team.
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
Responsibility for planning digital marketing
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.

Minimum Qualification: HND Marketing
Must be familiar with modern communication equipment e.g. tablets

Minimum of 5 years in Marketing and Sales, leading and directing a Sales team.
Must have proven track record in the achievement of targets and the management of the sales team.
Experience in the sale of books is an added advantage.
